Half Day - Schedule Options:
(8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

One Day $34.00 week/$136.00 month
Two Day $64.00 week/$256.00 month
Three Day $86.00 week/$344.00 month
Four Day $104.00 week/$416.00 month
Five Day $116.00 week/$464.00 month

Seven Hour Day - Schedule Options:
(8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or  9:00-a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

One Day $52.00 week/$208.00 month
Two Day $104.00 week/$416.00 month
Three Day $147.00 week/$588.00 month
Four Day $183.00 week/$732.00 month
Five Day $200.00 week/$800.00 month

Full Day - Schedule Option:

One Day $66.00 week/$264.00 month
Two Day $127.00 week/508.00 month
Three Day $168.00 week/$672.00 month
Four Day $199.00 week/796.00 month
Five Day $228.00 week/$912.00 month


*A non-refundable enrollment fee of $70.00 is due at registration and is not applicable towards tuition.  This fee assists in classroom and administrative costs and a Learning Ladder T-shirt. (1st time enrollees).
*The enrollment fee for more than one child enrolling from the same family is $65.00.
*Additional T-shirts may be purchased for $9.00.­
*The hourly rate for extra hours added to your schedule is $8.50 an hour.
*Hot lunches may be purchased for an additional $2.20 per meal. 
*A 15% discount is applied toward the least expensive tuition for two or more children in the same family enrolling in the program.
*Tuition is billed 1 month ahead and is due on the 20th of each month. 
*Payments received after the 25th of the month will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. 
*Payments made by check or money order will be accepted.  No cash or credit payments are accepted.
*A $30.00 fee will be assessed for a returned check.
*If an account is 2 months past due, a cancellation notice will be issued and your position terminated.  Arrangements made with the director prior to the payment due date will be accepted.
*Full payment will be required in addition to the enrollment fee of $50.00 upon re-instatement.

*Annually, on your child’s anniversary date of enrollment, a $50.00 re-registration fee will be charged.  This fee will be charged every year during the month of your child’s anniversary date.
*Vacation days are given to each child after 6 months of enrollment which is based on your schedule after 6 months of enrollment.  Vacation days are renewed each year but may not be carried over.  Please submit a vacation request form 2 weeks prior to the requested vacation days.
*An annual increase will occur each September to accommodate employee pay increases, center improvements, administration costs, and classroom materials.
*No tuition refunds are given for holidays, staff workshop days, appreciation days, illnesses, absences, or weather related occurrences in which The Learning Ladder closes.
*An after hour late fee of $15.00 per child will incur for each 15 minutes past the 5:30 p.m. closing time.  If the situation occurs 3 times without notification, your position will be terminated.
*A one months notice is to be given for changes to your schedule or to withdraw from the program.  Tuition will not be reimbursed.  At any time, if deemed necessary, with documentation given to the parent’s or guardian, a child may be un-enrolled from the program.  A two-week’s notification will be given.
*A fee of $65.00 will be charged to hold your child’s position at the Learning Ladder if you choose to withdraw for a period of more than three weeks.  A completed form should be submitted to the director 1 month prior to the absence.

*A fee of $65.00 will be charged to hold your child’s position if you choose not to attend the summer program but will return the following fall.  This fee will be charged to your June tuition statement.
